These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 888rp platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using 888rp, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use the 888rp platform. Age verification is strictly enforced during the KYC process.
Each individual may hold only one active 888rp account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
All bonus offers are subject to clearly stated wagering requirements and validity periods. 888rp publishes full bonus terms upfront — no hidden conditions or post-claim amendments.
Verified accounts receive withdrawals processed within minutes for standard amounts. Withdrawals above Rp 5.000.000 require prior KYC completion and may take up to 24 hours for security review.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on 888rp. This is a strict, non-negotiable minimum. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 888rp reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is found to have been misrepresented.
2.2 Residency. The 888rp Platform is primarily intended for residents of Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are physically located in Indonesia and that accessing and using the Platform does not violate any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to court-ordered restrictions on their ability to engage in financial transactions are not eligible to register or use the Platform.
2.4 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an active 888rp account, regardless of age or residency:
2.5 Jurisdictional Compliance. 888rp does not make any representation that the services offered on the Platform are lawful in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 888rp is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction before registering an account.
3.1 Registration Process. To access the full functionality of the 888rp Platform, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted. Required information includes, but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred currency (IDR).
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. 888rp reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or fraudulent.
3.3 One Account Per Member. Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or via different devices — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, 888rp reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close the duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify 888rp immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 888rp will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
3.5 Non-Transferability. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, or otherwise transfer your account or any balance or benefits therein to any third party.
888rp recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. This can be configured from your account security settings dashboard at any time.
4.1 KYC Requirement. As part of its anti-money-laundering and fraud prevention obligations, 888rp requires all Members to complete an identity verification (KYC) process before processing withdrawals above Rp 500.000 or where required by internal risk assessment procedures.
4.2 Required Documents. The standard KYC documentation package consists of:
4.3 Processing Time. 888rp will use reasonable endeavours to review and process KYC submissions within 1 to 24 hours of receipt during normal operating hours (08:00–24:00 WIB). You will receive an email notification once your verification is approved or if additional documentation is required.
4.4 Consequences of Non-Completion. Failure to complete the KYC process upon request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is successfully completed. In cases of suspected fraud, 888rp reserves the right to place a hold on the account balance pending investigation, irrespective of KYC status.
4.5 Data Handling. All identity documents and personal data submitted during the KYC process are handled in strict accordance with 888rp's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 888rp accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin, and Ethereum. The list of accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time at 888rp's discretion.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold may be automatically rejected by the system.
5.3 Deposit Fees. 888rp does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, you acknowledge that your bank or payment service provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which 888rp bears no responsibility.
5.4 Credit Timing. Deposits via local Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and e-wallets) are typically credited to your account balance within 60 seconds of successful transmission. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations, which may take between 5 and 30 minutes depending on network congestion.
5.5 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 888rp account are lawfully yours, are not the proceeds of any criminal activity, and that you are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party.
5.6 Currency. All account balances and transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to IDR at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of crediting, as determined by 888rp's treasury systems.
6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal. Withdrawals are available to Members who have: (a) completed account registration; (b) satisfied KYC verification requirements applicable to the requested withdrawal amount; and (c) met all applicable wagering requirements with respect to any bonus funds forming part of the requested withdrawal amount.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction.
6.3 Processing Times. Standard withdrawal requests are processed according to the following schedule:
6.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 888rp account. 888rp reserves the right to reject withdrawals to third-party accounts and to request evidence linking the withdrawal destination to the account holder.
6.5 Withdrawal Limits. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Member's account dashboard. Gold-tier loyalty members benefit from elevated withdrawal limits as set out in the Loyalty Program terms.
Important: 888rp will never charge a withdrawal fee for standard transactions. Any communication claiming that a fee must be paid before releasing a withdrawal is fraudulent. If you receive such a communication purportedly from 888rp, please contact our support team immediately.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 888rp are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with each offer, in addition to these General Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a Member's account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings generated thereby become withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. As a general reference, the Welcome Bonus carries a 30× wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
7.3 Eligibility. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses are available only to Members who: (a) have successfully completed KYC verification; (b) have not previously claimed the same offer (one bonus per household/IP address applies to welcome-type bonuses); and (c) are not subject to any account restriction at the time of claim.
7.4 Validity Period. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be utilized within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion. Bonus funds that expire unused are forfeited without compensation.
7.5 Game Contribution. Different game types contribute differently toward satisfying wagering requirements. As a general rule: slot games contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 20%; and sportsbook wagers contribute 50%. Specific contribution rates for individual games or markets are stated in each promotion's supplementary terms.
7.6 Abuse and Fraud. 888rp reserves the right to void bonus awards, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close accounts where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other form of promotional fraud is identified. Indicators of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, use of automation or scripting to satisfy wagering requirements, and systematic bet hedging designed to convert bonus funds with minimal risk.
7.7 Amendments. 888rp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed prior to the amendment date.
8.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the 888rp Platform are subject to these General Terms and to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant betting market (sportsbook, live casino, togel (numbers lottery), slots, or other products). Product-specific rules are published within the relevant product interface and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
8.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is only confirmed and valid once you receive a system-generated confirmation. In the event of a technical failure that prevents confirmation from being displayed, the bet will be treated as void and your stake returned, unless 888rp can verify from server logs that the bet was successfully accepted prior to the failure.
8.3 Odds and Market Suspension. Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. 888rp reserves the right to suspend any market at any time without notice — including during live events — in response to exceptional circumstances such as score changes, disciplinary incidents, or data feed disruptions. Suspended markets will not accept new bets; bets already confirmed prior to suspension remain valid unless the market is subsequently voided.
8.4 Obvious Errors. In the event that odds, prices, or other bet parameters are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or human oversight (including but not limited to mispriced lines significantly deviating from fair market value), 888rp reserves the right to void any bets placed at such erroneous odds, irrespective of whether the bet was confirmed. Affected stakes will be returned to the Member's account balance.
8.5 Mix Parlay Rules. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be settled as wins for the combined bet to pay out. If one or more selections in a mix parlay are voided, the void selections are removed from the accumulator and the remaining selections continue. Specific minimum selection counts and eligible markets are set out in the sportsbook product rules.
8.6 Live Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the real-time availability of the market. 888rp accepts no responsibility for delays in live data feeds that may affect the odds or availability of in-play markets. The official result of any live event is determined by the relevant governing body and is final for settlement purposes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888rp Platform. Violation of any of the following will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any outstanding balance, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:
Zero Tolerance Policy: 888rp operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, money laundering, and collusion. Accounts suspected of such activity will be immediately frozen pending investigation, and all relevant information will be cooperated with law enforcement upon lawful request.

11.1 Ownership. All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, and other intellectual property appearing on or forming part of the 888rp Platform are the exclusive property of 888rp or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any such intellectual property.
11.2 Limited License. 888rp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any use of the Platform or its content beyond the scope of this license is strictly prohibited.
11.3 Prohibited Uses. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of 888rp. Automated scraping of odds, results, or any other data from the Platform for commercial purposes is expressly prohibited.
11.4 Game Provider Rights. Games available on the Platform are licensed from third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others). All intellectual property rights in those games vest exclusively in the relevant Game Provider and are subject to the providers' own terms.
12.1 Platform Availability. 888rp will use commercially reasonable endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, and circumstances beyond 888rp's control may result in temporary unavailability. 888rp will not be liable for any loss arising from Platform downtime, provided it acts reasonably to restore service.
12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888rp shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity.
12.3 Cap on Liability. Where 888rp is found to be liable under applicable law, its total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Force Majeure. 888rp shall not be in breach of these Terms and shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay arises from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or changes in applicable law.
12.5 Third-Party Services. The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, including Game Providers and payment processors. 888rp is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or terms of any third-party service provider and shall have no liability for any loss arising from the use of such third-party services.
13.1 The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by 888rp is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of the agreement between you and 888rp.
13.2 By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
13.3 888rp implements technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, access-controlled data storage systems, and regular internal security audits.
13.4 888rp will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, KYC service providers, and law enforcement authorities only as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law.
14.1 888rp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.
14.2 Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly alter your rights or obligations — 888rp will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your account, or via a prominent notice displayed upon your next login.
14.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law and the internal policies of 888rp. Members acknowledge that the legal landscape governing online gambling varies by jurisdiction and accept sole responsibility for ensuring compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
15.2 Dispute Resolution — Internal Process. 15.4 Limitation Period. Any claim or dispute arising from your use of the Platform must be raised within 90 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised after this period will not be entertained, except where applicable law expressly prohibits such a limitation.
15.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable product-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and 888rp with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether oral or written.
